Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m the founder of this wonderful women’s mental health and wellbeing group, which began in January 2025. Our very first meeting took place on the 29th of January — a date I’ll always hold close to my heart.
This group was born out of my own personal journey. At the time, my counsellor encouraged me to find a local support group to connect with others and share experiences. I searched, but couldn’t find anything nearby that fit around my schedule — everything seemed to be during the day, and just didn’t work for me. So, instead of waiting for the right space to appear, I decided to create it myself.
What started as a small idea has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I never thought it would take off the way it has, but the response from women in Sittingbourne has been nothing short of incredible. It’s clear that there was a real need for a supportive, accessible space — and I’m honoured this group has become just that.
Our goal is simple: to offer a warm, welcoming environment where women can come as they are, without judgment. Whether you're looking for a little extra support, a sense of community, or just a place to fill that “gap” so many of us feel — this group is for you.
We’re here to talk, to listen, to laugh, and to lift each other up. If you’re reading this and thinking, “I could use something like that,” please know, you are welcome here.
With love,
Mollie x
